Last night I had the pleasure of watching the Red Wings take on the Wild on Versus and I think this series has the potential to be one of the most exciting matchups of the first round. Forget that the final score was 3-1 Red Wings, it was 1-0 or 1-1 for most of the game and the Wild looked like they could take on the Wings and make a series out of it despite being the number eight seed.Ellis and Hasek keep their teams in this game and both had lots of chances to score,

The question now is can Minnesota come out in game 2 with the same intensity after throwing everything they had at Detroit in game one and not getting the win. I think they just might be able to and I recommend watching this series closely.
